JOB DESCRIPTION:

Logic Development as control philosophy

Graphics as per P&ID diagram

ESD Matrix logic and graphics development as per Cause and Effect

Signal configuration as per IO list

Software quality verification

Software change management as per customer requirement

Project Documentation

Project verification

PCS 7 project Integration with existing SCADA

Modification in existing SCADA software where applicable

Graphic and Logic Development for Third Party Interfaces

SCOPE OF WORK:

In-house engineering and testing

Project related documentation (FAT, SAT & User Manual etc)

Project Hardware and software development as per the project specification

Factory Acceptance Tests

iFAT, FAT and punch items closure

Siemens systems: PCS7 8.2, S7-400 PLC & ESD, F-Systems v6.2, Safety Matrix v6.2, Modbus TCP/IP & Serial interfaces, etc.

Communication protocols: S7, Modbus TCP/ IP and Modbus Serial

Project input documents from customer will be shared later (Like Control concept, P&IDs and Cause and effect etc)
