SPIR – COORDINATOR – PAINTING WORKS CAT A,B

TA Permit Mgmt experience in Petrochemical Oil / gas plants. PTW Level 1, Well versed with Engineering Drawings, Plot Plans, etc

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to :During Preparation Phase:

1. Collection of field data and support Planning Team for Planning & Scheduling activities

2. Site Familiarization and give site orientation to all Worksite supervisors

3. Generate Work Packs for supervisors, get approval from QatarEnergy and issue copies to Worksite supervisors.

4. Assit the planning team in preparation of various Job Monitoring SheetsDuring Execution Phase:

5. Assist Execution Coordinator with Supervision and Coordination of field activities so as to distribute job areas and effectively support the Execution Coordinator to ensure smooth progress of jobs

6. Liaise with all concerned for efficient, effective and smooth progress of all jobs in the areas with each SiteSupervisor

7. Job distribution, effective coordination among all worksite supervisorsand all issue resolutions at worksite supervisor/foremen/workmen levels, proactively

8. Effective coordination with all agencies involved like QA/QC, QatarEnergy Job Officers etc., so that smooth work flow is ensured through Worksite Supervisors

9. Also, coordinate with Completion Supervisor for early completion of all jobs, without any delay

10. Coordinate execution of all painting activities as per agreed TA Schedule or any new identified jobs during the TA

11. Shall ensure that, fool-proof covering is provided during any blasting activities so as to avoid any disturbance to surrounding jobs

12. Ensure that, correct and QatarEnergy approved blasting medium only is used in site and carry out housekeeping/cleaning of blasting medium twice every shift

13. Coordinate with QA/QC Supervisors for all painting/coating jobs

14. Ensure that, all painting/coating jobs are in compliance with all relevant QatarEnergy procedures and all painting materials are as specified by QatarEnergy Painting/Coating 

SPIR – INSPECTOR (INSULATION)

Diploma in Mechanical, TA Experience in Oil and Gas, with minimum 5 years experience in Plant Inspector duties. 

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to: 

1. Coordinate all QA/QC Activities between Contractor Area QC Supervisors/Welding Inspectors with Site QC Coordinators 2. Ensure that, all Pre-requisites are completed before Job Officer is requested for Pre-inspection Check 

3. Attach Pre-Inspection Check List to all IPF’s and forward to Site QC Coordinators 

4. Carryout smooth delivery of all inspection activities in strict compliance with the agreed TA schedule 

5. Make available all correct procedures at Work Sites 

6. Seamless job continuity through effective coordination with all concerned

SPIR – PAINTING / COATING INSPECTOR

Diploma in Mechanical, TA Experience in Oil and Gas, with minimum 5 years experience in Plant Inspector duties. BGAS 2 or NACE 2 equivalent 5 years post certification exp QP Shutdown exp is preferred

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:

1. Coordinate all QA/QC Activities between Contractor Area QC Supervisors/Welding Inspectors with Site QC Coordinators

2. Ensure that, all Pre-requisites are completed before Job Officer is requested for Pre-inspection Check

3. Attach Pre-Inspection Check List to all IPF’s and forward to Site QC Coordinators

4. Carryout smooth delivery of all inspection activities in strict compliance with the agreed TA schedule

5. Make available all correct procedures at Work Sites6. Seamless job continuity through effective coordination with all concerned

SPIR – PAINTING / COATING SUPERVISOR

Diploma, TA Permit Mgmt experience in Petrochemical Oil / gas plants. PTW Level 1

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:

1. Act as Front line supervisors for executing Painting & Coating jobs as per agreed TA Schedule

2. Allocate and control all resources for the jobs under each Worksite supervisor in close coordination withSite Supervisors

3. Ensure that, all activities are performed in strict compliance with agreed TA schedule

4. Regularly monitor the flow of activities and plan/request for additional resources if required

5. Identify any potential delays and take actions in advance to avoid the same

6. Ensure strict control of all manpower under his supervision to make sure that, they are reporting for job on time, using breaks as prescribed only and are behaving in a discplined manner as expected by QatarEnergy

7. Identify any manpower related requirements like heat stress, hygiene etc and take proactive actions in coordination with Site Supervisors

SPIR – QUANTITY SURVEYOR 

Diploma, TA Planning exp of Petrochemical Oil / gas plants. MS Project / Primavera Experience. Proficient in SAP PM module operation

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to :

1. Responsible for handling all variations/additions/measurments etc

2. Effectively Monitor the submission of additional & varaition forms

3. Daily review of addtional and variations forms and approve from QatarEnergy

4. Consolidation of all measurement sheets, Variation Sheets, etc

5. Getting approvals from QatarEnergy for all Variation Sheets, Add. Job forms etc on a day to day basis and ensure seamless flow of jobs

6. Provide any additional data as required by QatarEnergy from time to time

7. Perform measurments and verify emasurements wherever needed

8. Shall be first point contact for cost/measurment related matters

9. Shall compile and have detailed report

SPIR – SUPERVISOR (SCAFFOLDING)-PTW

Diploma, TA Permit Mgmt. experience in Petrochemic al Oil / gas plants. PTW Level 1 

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to: 

1. Act as Front-line supervisors for executing Scaffolding jobs as per agreed TA Schedule 

2. Allocate and control all resources for the jobs under each Worksite supervisor in close coordination with Site Supervisors 

3. Ensure that all activities are performed in strict compliance with agreed TA schedule 

4. Regularly monitor the flow of activities and plan/request for additional resources if required 

5. Identify any potential delays and take actions in advance to avoid the same  

6. Ensure strict control of all manpower under his supervision to make sure that, they are reporting for job on time, using breaks as prescribed only and are behaving in a disciplined manner as expected by Qatar Energy

SPIR – WORK PERMIT RECEIVER (PAINTING)

Diploma, TA Permit Mgmt experience in Petrochemical Oil / gas plants. PTW Level 1

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:

1. Handle all TA related PTW’s (Application, Coordination with QatarEnergy Operations & Job Officers, Issue of all PTW’s)

2. Process any additional PTW’s during any shift

3. Revalidating all PTW’s at Shift Change Over

4. Coordinate with Site Supervisors/Work Site Supervisors for efficient and effective PTW Requirement/Application/Issue so as to ensure seamless Work Flow and no delay

5. Monitor No. of PTW Issued against No. of PTW Applications on a daily basis and report to Contractor/QP Planning teams under close coordination with Completion Supervisor
