👉 Job Description :
➢ ITI / Diploma
➢ 5+ years’ hands on experience in Industries like Oil & Gas
➢ Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
➢ Experience in Instrument Field / Workshop in Oil & Gas Plants.
➢ Shall able to read instrumentation drawings such as P&ID, ILD, instrumentation location and cable tray layout, installation hook ups, loop schemes and cable schedules.
➢ Familiar with reading and making the installation drawings.
➢ All types of instrument installation like Flow Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Mass Flow Meters, Pressure indicators, Temperature indicators, Level indicators, Pressure Switches, Displacer and Level switches, and Analyzer Instruments etc.
➢ Installation of Impulse Tubing, Air piping, Installation of Analyzer system Tubing Assisting Steam Tracing Tubing, Pre-insulation & Insulation, Analyzer Package, etc. different sizes of SS and Copper tubes.
➢ Installation of Instrument Junction Boxes, Primary Tray and Secondary Trays, CS, SS and fiber, materials. Fabricate frames for Panels and Junction Boxes.
➢ Idea regarding the fabrication and installation of bracket, stands, cable routing tray and aluminum ladder supports.
➢ Panel erection, installation of marshaling cabinets, consoles, instrument mounting and operating stations.
➢ Good knowledge of installation procedure of Instrument impulse tubing
(Swagelok) and associated materials etc.
➢ Shall able to work on Instrument tubing for control valves, Solenoid valves etc. of different sizes of Stainless Steel & Copper.
➢ Knowledge of pressure testing of the impulse line Swagelok, SS or copper tubing.
➢ Should have Knowledge and experience in working with Exi and Exd instrument installation.
➢ Team work and cooperation during job execution is a must.
➢ Perform various clean-up activities
