Position: Shift In charge
Education: BE / Diploma
Experience: Total 10 years, 5 years relevant experience
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Ensuring smooth operation from coil loading to final product.
- Monitor process parameters including forming, welding, seam annealing, sizing, cooling, end beveling et
- Ensuring quality compliance of API 5L
- Maintain production efficiency and reduce the down time.
- Shift -rotational
- Reporting production activities to the production Manager
- ERW Process Expertise: strong understanding of manufacturing process, welding parameters, seam quality control and heat treatment
- Standard knowledge for API 5L
- Tube mill operations i.e edge preparation, forming & sizing
- Knowledge about steel grades, mechanical properties & awareness of microstructure analysis for ERW tube. etc.
- Aware of NDT, ECT, Hydro testing Pressures
- Ability to analyze weld defects, their causes and corrective action.
- Process Optimization-improving efficiency, reducing defects etc
- Understanding of mill components i.e squeeze rolls, induction coil, coolant, ID tooling, etc
- Data reporting i.e production reports and quality compliance
- Familiar with process improvement methods
- CAD knowledge, ability to understand the roll drawings etc.
Position: Electrical technician
Education: Diploma / ITI
Experience: Total 8 years, 5 years relevant experience
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Troubleshooting of ERW tube mill electrical system
- Knowledge in PLC
- Experience in AC/DC drives VFDs,and motors, control panels etc
- Maintenance of HF welders,MIG welders, arc welding machines
- Knowledge in sensors, encodors, and automation system
- Aware of safety standards
- Understanding the SCADA ,HMI system
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and hydraulic system
