SAFETY OFFICER-PTW 

Science graduate with diploma in safety 

Experience in TA. Personnel interview & approval by Safety section. Experience in Safety preferably NEBOSH or IOSH. 

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to: 

1. Advise on safety related issues at site 

2. To advise contractor staff on the ways to fulfill the safety requirement for Turnaround 

3. Monitor the site activity 

4. Communicate to workers information on workplace hazards 

5. Promote safe work practices 

6. Ensure close – out of inspection/ audit recommendations 

7. Report and investigate all incidents 

8. Be familiar with QatarEnergy HSE policies, procedure and guidelines 

JOB TRACKER

Min Diploma with related experience

TA Experience of Petrochemical Oil / Gas plants. Should be able to read / understand Project plan in MS Project / Primavera

Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to: 

1. Tracking of all jobs, equipment wise activities 

2. Report to QatarEnergy Planning/Contractor TA Planning Teams on a 2 hourly basis 

3. Highlight any delay in the jobs against the agreed TA Schedule to Qatar Energy & Contractor Planning Teams
