QA/QC ENGINEER
Having 8-10 years of Experience in Quality Assurance and Control. To ensure that all construction activities comply with the required quality standards, codes, and client specifications through effective quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, client specifications, Saudi ARAMCO standards and contractual requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Perform site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and approve Material Technical Data Sheets, Test Certificates, and Vendor Documents.
- Supervise and verify material testing, equipment calibration, and installation procedures.
- Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
To supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site.
- Supervise electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other engineering teams to align electrical work with overall project progress.
- Review electrical drawings and plans; provide technical input and resolve discrepancies.
- Schedule daily and weekly tasks, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage on-site
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and material usage.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for project management.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.
INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR
To supervise and coordinate all instrumentation-related activities on-site, ensuring proper installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of instruments in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.).
- Supervise subcontractors and technicians to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
- Ensure proper loop checking, instrument calibration, and functional testing of control systems.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and control teams to align instrumentation work with overall project progress.
- Review instrumentation drawings, datasheets, and vendor documents.
- Plan daily and weekly tasks, ensuring timely execution of instrumentation activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISA, IEC, etc.) and project-specific QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct inspections and ensure instruments are installed and tested correctly.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions during instrumentation activities
- Maintain records of calibration certificates, loop folders, and test reports.
- Prepare daily progress reports and assist in preparing final handover documentation.
