JOB DESCRIPTION:
GRE Applicator
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces (often steel or concrete) by removing
contamination, rust, or existing coatings using methods like cleaning, grinding,
and abrasive blasting to ensure proper adhesion of the new coating.
Material Handling and Mixing: Accurately measure and mix two-part (or more)
epoxy and fiberglass components according to manufacturer specifications to
achieve the correct material consistency and ensure proper curing.
Application: Apply GRE coatings using various techniques and equipment (e.g.,
spray painting, rolling, brushing) to achieve the specified thickness and finish.
Quality Control: Monitor the application process to avoid defects (e.g., bubbles,
runs, insufficient thickness) and ensure the final coating meets quality standards
and project specifications.
Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate and perform minor maintenance on
application tools and equipment, such as spray guns, pumps, and measuring
devices.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and established procedures for handling potentially hazardous
materials, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily work logs and application records as
required for compliance and project tracking.
Work Environment Maintenance: Assist in keeping all inside and outside work
areas clean, organized, and orderly.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Prior experience in industrial coatings application, epoxy application,
or a related field is typically required, often 2 or more years.
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in industrial coating materials, application
techniques, and the causes and prevention of common coating defects.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail is crucial for
ensuring a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
Physical Stamina: The job involves fieldwork which may require frequent walking,
bending, stooping, kneeling, and the ability to lift materials weighing up to 80
pounds.
Communication: Ability to read, interpret, and follow complex safety and
application instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as those related to industrial
coatings or specific application equipment, may be required or preferred.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – SALES
Job Responsibilities & Duties
1. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through to deal close, and ongoing account management.
2. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and proposing the most optimized and best solutions that meet their objectives and changing needs.
3. Identify and address any concerns of the assigned key clients as Performance Assurance Manager for any ongoing/past/future projects.
4. Identify latest and most fit solutions to the key accounts and engage OEMs and clients for successful solution offerings.
5. To sustain a solid relationship with key account stakeholders, and to trust our offerings and commitments.
6. Manage project sales cycle from design to award.
7. Building a strong relationship and understanding of customers’ needs is the key to building a long-lasting relationship.
8. Develop the vendor base and get the best agreement for projects and have good relationships with manufacturers and ensure partner levels.
9. Proactively deliver our strategy for revenue and margin growth in the Security and ELV Systems, ICT, and Telecom Systems’ offerings across the Sultanate of Oman within all verticals, especially Oil & Gas, Industrial and Utilities, CNI Projects, Government, Hospitality and Education Industry.
10. Deliver sales revenues from new customers. This will include creating, maintaining, and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organized approach.
11.Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets.
12.Work with the internal teams to develop robust client solutions and managed services propositions.

Salary and Benefits
Candidate Profile
Qualification – B.E/ B. Tech in Computer/Electronics/Communication MBA is an advantage.
Engineering Graduate with minimum 10-12 years of relevant Experience on Front-end Sales of ELV, Security, ICT and Telecom Solutions, mandatory experience of 4 years in Gulf in Lead Sales Role within reputed Security and Telecom System Integration Company.
1. Self-sufficient and energetic individuals with exceptional communication skills and a dynamic hunter mentality.
2. 10+ years’ experience of successful solution and managed services sales within the ELV and ICT sector, within which 4 years mandatory experience in Middle East market.
3. Strong understanding of the marketplace and the requirements of prospective customers.
4. Capable of presenting technological roadmaps in conjunction with the Pre-Sales team, demonstrating how a customer can drive maximum value from their technology for competitive advantage.
5. You will excel in this role if you are:
o A natural hunter of business opportunities who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm.
o Having know-how technical expertise to present the solutions and our offerings.
o Used to the pressure of working to a clear sales target and meeting management expectations in terms of accurate forecasting and activity planning.
o Extremely organized and disciplined with excellent communication skills and a realistic approach to pipeline evaluation.
