JOB DESCRIPTION:
INSPECTOR (WELDING) CSWIP 3.2.2
TA Experience in Oil and Gas, with minimum 5 years experience in Plant Inspector duties Related to Welding Inspection. PTW Level 1
Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:
1. To maintain, on a daily basis from the start of fabrication, a QC record detailing fabrication, material traceability, welder and welding procedure identification, non-destructive testing records, heat treatment details and hydro test records. These records are to be completed daily and reflect the exact status of weld production, welder record, NDT, Stress relieving and hydro test completion.
2. Assure the availability and control of the NDT Personnel for the project.
3. Compile and present pipe work as-built documentation and QC records prior to equipment commissioning.
4. Ensure that all materials allocated for the project, including welding electrodes, are correctly identified, properly stored, correctly allocated and handled to avoid damages.
5. Ensure that the relevant welding procedures are adhered to and that all welders are qualified for the particular process being used.
INSPECTOR (QC – INSTRUMENT)
TA Mgmt exp of Petrochemical Oil / gas plants. Some Operations Exp preferred. Proven Capabilities to Liaise, Organize and Prioritize TA activities based on Operation/Plant requirements
Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:
1. Coordinate all QA/QC Activities between Contractor Area QC Supervisors with Site QC Coordinators on behalf of QatarEnergy Job officers/Planning team
2. Perform and ensure that, all Pre-requisites are completed before Job Officer is requested for Preinspection Checking of equipment
3. Attach Pre-Inspection Check List to all IPF’s and forward to Site QC Coordinators
4. Carryout smooth delivery of all inspection activities in strict compliance with the agreed TA schedule
5. Check and verify all correct gasket specifications, flange bolts tighness, flange correct bolts installation at site during spading and de-spading activities
6. Check and Ensure all PSSR and Flawless activities are performed as per Qaulity requirement
7. Maintain records of all critical activities on daily basis and submit report to QatarEnergy Job officers and Planning team
8. Seamless job continuity through effective coordination with all concerned
SPIR – INSPECTOR (PAINTING/COATING)
TA Experience in Oil and Gas, with minimum 5 years experience in Plant Inspector duties.
Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:
1. Coordinate all QA/QC Activities between Contractor Area QC Supervisors/Welding Inspectors with Site QC Coordinators 2. Ensure that, all Pre-requisites are completed before Job Officer is requested for Pre-inspection Check
3. Attach Pre-Inspection Check List to all IPF’s and forward to Site QC Coordinators
4. Carryout smooth delivery of all inspection activities in strict compliance with the agreed TA schedule
5. Make available all correct procedures at Work Sites
6. Seamless job continuity through effective coordination with all concerned
SPIR – INSPECTOR (INSULATION)
TA Experience in Oil and Gas, with minimum 5 years experience in Plant Inspector duties.
Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:
1. Coordinate all QA/QC Activities between Contractor Area QC Supervisors/Welding Inspectors with Site QC Coordinators 2. Ensure that, all Pre-requisites are completed before Job Officer is requested for Pre-inspection Check
3. Attach Pre-Inspection Check List to all IPF’s and forward to Site QC Coordinators
4. Carryout smooth delivery of all inspection activities in strict compliance with the agreed TA schedule
5. Make available all correct procedures at Work Sites
6. Seamless job continuity through effective coordination with all concerned
SPIR – PLANNER
TA Planning exp of Petrochemical Oil / gas plants. MS Project / Primavera Experience. Proficiency in SAP PM module operation
Shall be responsible for all inclusive but not limited to:
1.Preparation of Plan and Schedule of the TA jointly with Qatar Energy
2. Updating of Schedule and identify potential problem areas
3.Daily Status Reports Generation for submittal to Qatar Energy
4.Consolidation of all measurement sheets, Variation Sheets, etc.
5.Getting approvals from Qatar Energy for all Variation Sheets, Add. Job forms etc. on a day-to-day basis and ensure a seamless flow of jobs
6.Details on Manpower histogram, TA records like NCR copies, preInspection Checklist copies, IPF copies etc.
7.Provide any additional data as required by Qatar Energy from time to time
8.Prepare all deliverables required by Qatar Energy under Planning Team.
