Pendant Polishing Operator Responsibilities: 

 Perform manual polishing and finishing of small pendant products according to quality standards and production requirements.  

 Polish fine details, edges, curves, and intricate surfaces with high precision and care.  

 Use small polishing tools, hand tools, polishing compounds, and buffing materials safely and effectively.  

 Inspect products visually during and a er polishing to ensure smooth surface finish and defect-free appearance.  

 Handle delicate products carefully to avoid scratches, cracks, or damage during the polishing process.  

 Maintain consistent polishing quality throughout repetitive production operations.  

 Follow standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.  

 Clean and organize the work area, tools, and materials regularly.  

 Report product defects, tooling issues, or abnormal conditions to supervisors.  

 Support production targets while maintaining required quality standards.  

 Cooperate with team leaders, quality inspectors, and other production operators to ensure smooth workflow.  

Pendant Polishing Operator Requirements: 

 Previous experience in polishing, jewellery manufacturing, ornament stone processing, handicraft work, or precision manual work is considered an advantage.  

 Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.  

 Ability to perform small, repetitive, and detail-oriented tasks with patience and concentration.  

 Ability to work carefully with delicate and tiny products.  

 Good attention to detail and strong quality awareness.  

 Ability to maintain focus and consistency during repetitive operations.  

 Basic understanding of polishing tools and materials is an advantage.  

 Willingness to learn polishing techniques and production standards.  

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

 Physically capable of performing seated manual work for extended periods.  

 Good eyesight confirmed medically.  

Preferred Candidate Profile: 

 Female candidates are preferred due to the delicate and precision-based nature of the work.  

 Candidates with experience in jewellery, accessories, ornament stones, beauty-related handcrafts, embroidery, electronics assembly, or other fine manual operations are encouraged to apply.
