Job Overview:

  • Oversee a company’s online sales and marketing strategy.
  • They are responsible for the image of the company and generating sales through the internet. They oversee a team of web and software developers who contribute to the look and systems of the website Plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organization’s website(s). Primarily responsible for maintaining the health of the company’s website and improve the online web presence in search engines.
  • SEO Analyst works towards keeping the website most informative and easily available for both the audience searching it and related business on the web and also for the search engines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the social medial strategy and manage the team of designers and marketers

• Develop affiliate marketing programs and create and maintain an online business plan

• Updating website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers

• Provide analytic reports of online sales

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing, SMS Marketing.

• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific

• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects

• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)

• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

• Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter

• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management • Execute email marketing campaigns

• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

Qualification:
• Master or Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience:
• 5+ years of related experience in ecommerce marketing with platforms such as magneto

• Solid knowledge of web analytic tools • Hands on experience in online marketing and measurement

• Hands on key account management experience

• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc. as well as internal reporting tool

• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubber Suggest, Ahref, SEOmoz, Alexa, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)

• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments

• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Ad roll, Criteo)

• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Webmaster, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to effectively articulate thoughts & points and advise E-Commerce team

• Ability to think strategically and work well under deadline driven atmosphere

• An eye for detail analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns

• Commercial awareness and business acumen • Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online

• Define KPIs and build meaningful reports

• Experience with improving conversion rate through good UI/UX and tools like A/B testing, Heatmaps, Analytics, etc.

• In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software

• Influencing and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of Bulk Editing, Multi-Attribution modelling, Bid Management across networks, A/B testing of adverts, Google AdWords

• Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to influence

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
