Job Description :

1) Checks and updates the Attendance of Site Staffs and workers based on punching reports and also updates the duty
hours for the Workers based on data available from Punching machine/Attendance & forward the daily attendance
register to HO. If any mismatch is found between the in-punching list, the same is reported to Project
Manager/Engineer.
2) Complies and send the Reports like DPL, Daily reports to Head office.
3) Receives the copies of approved documents/ any documents send from Head office/Client office and hand over the
same to concerned Project Manager Engineer and does proper archiving of the same.
4) Coordinates with HR dept. regarding the Site transfers and any issues noticed regarding the transfer of Staffs and
Workers etc.
5) Coordinates with Zonal office for the requirement of Office Stationery supplies as and when required.
6) Check all the petty cash requirements and update the petty cash book on daily basis and the same has to circulate
to Zonal office/HO Accounts dept. and ensure that all the requirements initiating well in advance.
7) Forward all required original reports to Zonal office.
8) Produces all required reports required for the Audit team as a part of Audit procedures.
9) Shall act as the link between the HO/Zonal office and Site Administration related activities.
10) Shall maintain and update the records of workers and staff joining and leaving the office/site.
11) Shall verify the correctness and ensure timely entry of details of cancelled/terminated employees on Axpert.
12) Shall be responsible for obtaining approval for leave applications from the Project Managers based on the eligibility
criteria and leave planner.
13) Will be responsible for entering the data of leave application, approved leaves, entry, transfer, new joining into
Axpert with the assistance of HR Officer.
14) Check all the assets details on regular basis and the same to be updated in axpert.
15) He shall monitor the Control monitor of CCTV system. If any fails occur, the same is reported to IT department. In
every three-month interval, an intimation is sent to IT department to take the back-up of last three month captured
CCTV videos.
16) In case of any incident, the same is reported to the Project Manger / HR Officer.
17) Under the general supervision keeps files, records, receives, registers, and issues materials, supplies, tools etc. loads
and unloads the materials maintain as per the company policy/norms.
18) Produces all required reports required for the Audit team as a part of Audit procedures.
19) Shall ensure that the safety and housekeeping of the Office, store and Guest house premises are properly maintained
20) Shall keep track of the visitors to the site every day.
