Job Description :

PTW Coordinator

Good verbal and written English communication skills
Must have experience in HSE requirement as per the Russian rules and regulations
Must have an oil and gas industry experience. Preferably in LNG environment
Able to understand HSE and PTW requirement such as LOTO, JSA, etc.
Able to read and understand project documents, such as P&ID’s, layouts, etc.
Able to prepare PTW (in particular commissioning PTW) in line with HSE requirement.
Good organization skills
Good reporting skills

Electrical Supervisor (Commissioning) 

Ensure the compliance of his team with PTW (Permit to Work), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), LOTO (Lock Out – Tag Out) , override registers, MOC (Management of Change) register.
Required to have the ability to respond promptly to any emergency.
Ensure that discipline related Commissioning spares are well utilized and maintained.
Ensure the daily activity plan and daily tasks are executed by his team, as per the Schedule and approved Commissioning Procedures.
Must have experience in the specific commissioning activities such us:LV Switchboards, Transformers, lighting panels and circuits, Concrete and process Heat tracing system, UPS, LV & MV Motors, etc..
Required to have experience in Oil & Gas Industry, preferable in units similar to ALNG2 Project.
Able to lead a group of technicians to execute the commissioning activities on site.

Electrical Technician (Commissioning) 

UPS, LV & MV Motors, etc.
Required to have experience in Oil & Gas Industry, preferable in units similar to ALNG2 Project.
Execute the following tasks as per Supervisor instructions and the task documents :
Energization of lighting and heaters of containers from temporary power supply
Commissioning of UPS’s (Assist vendor)
Monitoring of electrical parameters on UPS’s and batteries
Commissioning of Temporary and Permanent LV Switchboards (Assist vendor)
Commissioning of Diesel Generators
Feeders check
Motor Solo Run Test
Commissioning of Lighting panels & circuits
Commissioning of concrete heat tracing circuits and Process heat tracing circuits
Assist process team for OTPs execution
Provide assistance for instrument and process team (power supply)
Reinstatement of permanent electrical system

Instrument Supervisor (Commissioning)

• Must have a reasonable English reading and speaking level.
• Able to read, understand and explain to his team the Commissioning Procedures, P&IDs, PFDs, loop drawings, electrical drawings, interconnection drawings and other job-related documentation.

• Competent in troubleshooting and interrogating ICSS Control I/O Interfaces, PLC wiring, Fire & Gas wiring.
• Experienced in Instrumentation cold and hot loop Checking activity.
• Experience of using test equipment including pressure calibrators, HART Communicators, Multimeters, etc.
• Familiar with the concept of Commissioning Systems and the representation of the same using Limits of System Hanover Documents.

Instrument Technician (Commissioning)
