Job Description :

  • Digital Marketing: Responsible for all online and offline marketing strategies to increase the sales of the organization through digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  •  Brand Management: Identify customer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to build and increase brand awareness.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue and improve profitability.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Online & Offline team, Sales and Operations team and others to manage the entire aspect of Marketing, and its strategic execution of company’s international locations, branches and retail outlets. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
  • Plan and execute Marketing (Offline and Online) and Business Development strategy.  Digital and Social: Define strategies to promote companies products, services, ideas, or brands in the Target Market through various digital and social channels.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Maintain search marketing campaigns through pay-per-click and other online advertising tools within given budgets and goals.
  • Analyze page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic, and other data to determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all digital channels of marketing tools (e.g. Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google for Business, Google Webmaster Bing etc) along with Social Media platforms (eg. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc) along with timely updates on Keywords, Ranking for company deliverables for increasing Organic Traffic month on month.
  • Give inputs of Website / Mobile App optimization and improvement in line with Digital Marketing to Technical team and ensure those incorporated timely without affecting the campaigns.
  • Brand Management:
  • Run multiple campaigns but not limited to ATL/BTL, Digital, and Social to increase the brand visibility
  • Evaluating brand image and strategize how to increase brand awareness
  • Overseeing advertising
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Monitoring the progress of sales
  • New Customer Acquisition / Sales:
  • Identify and onboard new Wholesale and Corporate customers; driving sales.
  • Customer Retention: Use customer engagement strategies to increase the customer retention rate, customer lifetime value, customer monthly recurring revenue and reduce the Customer acquisition cost.
  • New Market Penetration: Expand business in new countries.
  • Perform other duties as and when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Brand awareness – a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Ability to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
  • Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work
  • Decision making skills
  • Time management and planning skills Technical Ability:
    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Education & Experience Requirement:
  • Minimum – Post Graduate in Marketing with minimum 8 years of work experience in managing a team of Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Graphic Designers, and Business Development team.
  • Preferred – Experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Promotion and Business Development.
  • Trainings & Certifications: Certificate in Google Ad words, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing activities
